Who We Are

Troy Stepherson, MA, CCIM

Troy Stepherson specializes in sales and redevelopment of commercial and historic real estate, distressed assets and investment properties in the Downtown Pensacola and greater Northwest Florida region.  He holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) certification, which is the highest and most recognized designation for commercial real estate stakeholders.  He is also a licensed real estate agent and member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors.

Prior to working with Gunther Properties, Troy served the Ropella Group, Coast 360 Television, PBS television, AT&T, several startups in the region, the City of Pensacola Parks and Recreation, the Florida Small Business Development Center Network State Office at the University of West Florida, the UWF Department of Communication Arts, and Pensacola State College. 

He has served as a Guardian Ad Litem, and currently, since 2017, on the City of Pensacola Zoning Board of Adjustments.  His spare time is primarily devoted to the great outdoors, his dog, River, and the dog's pet chickens.
